As a solution focused therapist I approach each client differently. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential by embracing your unique life experiences. While we can’t alter the past, we can use it to uncover strengths and develop insights which can create a more harmonious and well-balanced life today. I use a traditional talk therapy framework along with an array of complementary therapeutic approaches like EMDR, Hypnosis, Yogatherapy, and mindfulness/meditation techniques. I also do hypnotherapy for specific goals like anxiety and stress relief, phobias, panic attacks, symptoms of post-traumatic stress, habit cessation and performance enhancement.
