My Approach
“If we all did the things we are capable of we would astound ourselves” – Thomas Edison
I work eclectically with an adult population on issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma and other challenges in daily living. I am psychoanalytically trained and also have training in hypnosis, EMDR and CBT. I am passionate about each one of these modalities and use all of them based on the need of each individual client.
I have two offices; one in Westchester County and the other in New York City. My dedication is to helping people make real-life changes and believe that although insight can be extremely powerful, insight alone is often not enough to effectuate change.
I do weekly, twice weekly and Skype or FaceTime sessions; and take out of network benefits. I have some evening and Saturday availability depending on day and location. The best way to reach me is through text or phone and you can expect to receive a return phone call within 24 hours.
